How to cook:

1st. step  -  take a 5 ltr pressure cooker, put on low flame, add 4  5 spoons of buffalo ghee, take out the taazameatonline  ready to cook chicken haleem mix, add the chicken first ( no need to thaw ) & fry for 5 minutes, now add the marinated mix to the chicken and immediately add 1.50 ltr water and slow cook for 6 whistles. Let it cool on its own. Need some physical strength, Remove the lid, mash the ingredients to form a smooth paste ( refer any haleem video).  Switch on the gas, reheat haleem, add 250 ml water and mix well. The haleem is now hot &  90% ready  to serve, just check for salt , spiciness ( add red chilli powder if needed ) and for tanginess add little lemon juice. To garnish, take 10 kaju and 10 badam  slow fry them in ghee with little salt and let them cool to become hard. Also add freshly chopped pudina ( mint ) leaves and chopped hara dhaniya leaves . take 4 bowls, put haleem into the bowls, garnish with fresh coriander , mint, fried kaju badam. Add more salt and lime juice if u want.  Chicken Haleem tastes great when served hot and with boiled eggs.
