Our frankfurters are made of minced meat unlike the pasted meat sausages by other sellers, thus you can chew our sausages and feel the meat in every bite. also, we don’t use skin or extra fat , thus our sausages/ frankfurter / hot dogs are more healthier.
The Frankfurters can be enjoyed as a snack with mint chutney or a good sauce.
Full Pork Meat, white pepper, Black Pepper, red chilli powder, herbs , spices & cinnamon powder used .
How to Cook –
Step1: In pan or kadai , bring 1/2 ltr water to boil, immerse the sausages in boiling water. Water level should not be too high or too low. Level of water should be little more above the sausage. Allow water to boil.
Step 2: sausage must be cooked in water for 15 mins from the boiling time.
Step 3: After 15 mins, remove all the water and keep the cooked sausage in the same pan in the stove with low flame .
Step 4: Poke each sausage with fork or long knife so that oil will come out of it (Please take care of your hand)
Step 5: Fry the sausage in the same oil till it becomes brown or as per your requirement.
