Pork Choila (Gorkha & Nepali Style Special)

Pork Choila Curry ( 500 gms full meat boneless with skin) Ready to Eat.

Nepali & Gorkhas prefer simple cooking.  They prefer to use traditional herbs and spices.

Chhwela (Nepali: Choila) typical Newari dish that consists of spiced grilled Pork meat. Though the dish is traditionally popular with Nepalis, all garwal belt loves this this, nowadays mutton, chicken, duck meat, Pork  and mushroom are also being used. Usually eaten with rice flakes (chiura), this dish is typically very spicy, hot and mouth watering.

It is considered a necessary part of the diet in festivals among the Newar community along with several other ingredients.

boneless Pork, we  are using a mix of   250 gms of Pork Belly Cubes & 250 gms of Pork Boneless with Skin

1 teaspoon Turmeric,

Salt and Pepper to taste,

1 tablespoon Chili paste,

1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida,

2 tablespoons Mustard oil,

1 tablespoon Garlic paste,

1 tablespoon Ginger paste,

2 tablespoons Lemon juice,

1 tablespoon Cumin powder,

1/4 teaspoon grated Nutmeg,

1/4 teaspoon Sichuan pepper,

2 sliced tomato

Marinade for Pork Choila

1 inch sliced ginger,

5 sliced Red chilies,

3 minced Garlic cloves,

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric,

Salt and pepper to taste,

1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida,

3 tablespoons Mustard oil,

1 tablespoon toasted Cumin seeds.

For Garnish

1 teaspoon fresh coriander .
