Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.
just heat a cooker , put on low flame, add a spoon of oil , add some fresh sliced onions, fry for 5 minutes, just unload all the mix in the pack , fry slowly for uniform mix, check for consistency, cover the Pan with a lid, stir for 10 minutes, let the meat start releasing the natural fat, cover the lid & let it cook for 25-40 minutes, switch off the gas and let it rest .
Now in a separate vessel, boil 1 ltr water, add salt and little ghee , once the water starts boiling , add the basmati rice and remove from water when half cooked.
now add the boiled rice to the pre cooked biryani mix.
Put in a airtight container and cook slow. slow cooking will help even cooking and avoid burning of the masala.
