Marinated Andhra Mutton curry boneless mix marinated 

Andhra Mutton curry boneless,  dish that goes well with pulao, naan or roti. A spicy mutton  curry,  very popular among telugu meat lovers. 

( contains :  Neat & Cleaned Mutton  cut into pieces, Onion – 1 medium, sliced, tsp Ginger Garlic Paste,  1/2 inch Cinnamon, 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,  3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3/4 tsp Cumin Powder,  Cloves, 1 full Tomato Puree,  curry leaves, desicated coconut powder, coriander powder, green chilli paste, Salt as per taste) 

filled with natural spices, But,  NO MSG No Preservatives, No artificial Colours, just natural as you.

Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.

put  a pressure cookier on low flame, add a spoon of oil ,   add some fresh sliced onions, zeera,  fry for 5 minutes, just unload all the mix in the pack , fry slowly for uniform mix, add sliced tomatoes now, and fry for another 5 minutes, now 250 ml water for gravy , check for consistency,  cover the lid & let it cook for 15-20 minutes, 10 whistles, Now turnoff the gas  and let it rest  and cool naturally.

slow cooking will help even cooking and avoid burning of the masala.

It take around 30 – 40 minutes for the yummy  Andhra Mutton curry boneless    to complete.   Open the lid and see if you got a perfect gravy. cut some fresh coriander leaves and garnish.

squeeze some lemon juice, sprinkle some garam masala if you like more spicy.
