Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.

just heat a  Non Stick pan, heat 50 ml oil, on low lame, once the oil is hot enough,  fry some sliced onions , some zeera, now just put the marinated chicken slowly and  fry for 5 minutes, put  on low flame to help even cooking of meat , keep stirring every 10 minutes, Pour 250 ml water ( 1 glass ) & cover with lid .  after 15 minutes, Check 1 piece for completion of cooking. if done, switch off the stove  and let it cool for 5 minutes. 

sprinkle some garam masala on the pieces for  more spicy flavour, garnish with green coriander & 1 slice of lemon will make it a wow recipe.
