Karivepaku Chicken mix ( skinless & boneless) marinated for fry – Ready to cook Recipe

( contains :  Curry leaves , ginger pods, pepper powder,  green chilli slices,   iodised salt, spices, turmeric, ginger garlic paste,  little oil,    garam masala, ,  cleaned broiler chicken boneless  250 grams . 

filled with natural spices, But,  NO MSG No Preservatives, No artificial Colours, just natural as you.

Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.

just heat a  Non stick pan , put  on low flame, add a spoon of oil ,   add some fresh sliced onions,  fry for 5 minutes, just unload all the mix in the pack , fry slowly for uniform mix, now cover the Pan with a lid, stir for  10 minutes, let the meat start releasing the natural fat,   cover the lid & let it cook for 15-20 minutes, switch off and let it rest  .

slow cooking will help even cooking and avoid burning of the masala.

It take around 30 – 40 minutes for the yummy Karivepaku ( curry patta / Curry Leaves ) Chicken mix ( skinless & boneless)   to complete.   Open the lid and see if you a perfect dry fry. cut some fresh coriander leaves and garnish.

Hope you are now smelling the original spices & curry leaves  chicken aroma. please add salt to taste.

squeeze some lemon juice, sprinkle some garam masala if you like more spicy.
