 (  500 grams Country Chicken Smoked with skin & bones,  Curry leaves ( Karivepaku ), roasted onion slices,  pepper powder, cinnamon powder, coriander leaves paste, Green Chilli paste, coconut powder, Red chilli powder, paparika flakes,  sunflower oil, Garam Masala, turmeric powder, salt, ginger & garlic paste  ) spicy

Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.

just heat a  Pressure cooker , put on low lame,  add 50 ml oil,  once the oil is warm enough,  fry some freshly sliced onions , some zeera, now just put the marinated chicken mix slowly and  fry for 5 minutes, put  on low flame to help even cooking of meat , keep stirring every 10 minutes, cover with lid . Check 1 piece for completion of cooking. if done, switch off the stove  and let it cool for 5 minutes.   ( add enough  water for proper cooking  , need 15 – 20 wistles)

sprinkle  freshly chopped coriander leaves,  some garam masala on the pieces for  more spicy flavour, 1 slice of lemon will make it a wow recipe.
