Coorg Chicken Curry  marinated 

( contains : 1/2 kg Chicken skinless with bones, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi), 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds, 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera), 2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini), Cloves (Laung), 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds , roasted, 1 teaspoon Garlic , minced, 1 teaspoon Ginger , minced, 4 Green Chillies, Salt , to taste, 1 tablespoon Oil, 1 cup Onion , chopped, 1 cup Fresh coconut , grated, 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste, , Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , for garnish )

Take the pack out of your freezer, Let it thaw for 10 minutes.

just heat a  Non stick pan , put  on low flame, add a spoon of oil ,   add some fresh sliced onions,  fry for 5 minutes, just unload all the mix in the pack , fry slowly for uniform mix, now250 ml water for gravy , check for consistency,  cover the Pan with a lid, stir for  10 minutes, let the meat start releasing the natural fat,   cover the lid & let it cook for 15-20 minutes, add switch off and let it rest  .

slow cooking will help even cooking and avoid burning of the masala.

It take around 30 – 40 minutes for the yummy Coorg Chicken  Curry     to complete.   Open the lid and see if you got a perfect gravy. cut some fresh coriander leaves and garnish.

Hope you are now smelling the original spices & Coorg Chicken curry  aroma. please add salt to taste.

squeeze some lemon juice, sprinkle some garam masala if you like more spicy.

Its done, serve hot with love.
